Deliveries and collectings are generally made from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the exception of clients' special exigencies.
In case I had to deliver a damage article (tears, burns, etc.) what should I do ?
Normally the person in charge of collecting the items is required to check if there are any anomalies and to immediately communicate them to the customer who is asked to confirm whether to proceed with the requested service. However, when the article arrives in the laboratory it is subjected to further verification before any treatment. If imperfections are seen during the control, the owner of the item is contacted and s/he is asked to give permission to proceed with the cleaning of such article on his/her own responsibility. In case of no answer, the item is returned to the owner at no extra charge without undergoing any treatment or maintenance.

What treatments is the ozone processing specific for ?
The ozone processing can be applied to various articles: mattresses, carpets, soft toys, blankets, pillows; it manages to eliminate 99.9% of bacteria. After the treatment has been performed, a certificate of sanitization is issued.
May I return the cover of the clothes and the bags ?
Any packaging used by Monte Clean is recyclable; we arrange its disposal without any additional fee for the customer.
What is customized washing ?
On customer request, we use an exclusive wash cycle for the linen and prove it trough photos. This particular and unique process of washing is aimed to people who want to make sure that their items are washed individually, not together with those of other clients.
